Presently I'm no longer an active real estate salesperson; I am now a referral agent. My work as a charter coach driver has me on the road much of the time, which does not allow me sufficient time to properly serve my clients. Thus, I have placed my real estate salesperson license in inactive status. Appropriate changes have been made throughout this Web site to reflect my change in status.

I am also no longer a member of the Champaign County Association of REALTORs® (CCAR), which discontinued my access to the CCAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS). So searching for and looking at information on listed properties via the MLS is no longer possible.
